What Apps Do I Get?
Every Branded Concept App customer gets both a custom branded iOS and Android App. The price includes submitting the app by our staff to the iTunes App Store and Google Play along with the registration and annual fees, lifetime support and maintenance of your App, regular updates and improvements to your App, and a powerful CMS account to update your App, instantly. Once approved, your customers can simply download the version of your app that suits their smartphone.
Is there a set-up or development cost?
There is a one off set-up and customisation fee of $549. This also includes your first months app subscription.
Do you charge commissions?
We don't charge a commission, though there is a fee of 9% of the order value charged on sales made using the app. This is made up of the payment processing fees and customised Done4U Marketing. There's also a monthly app subscription fee of $349 per month.
Do I have to make the deliveries myself?
That's up to you. Most of your customers do their own deliveries, or use a food delivery service/contractor. There's heaps of options with new ones popping up regularly. Some customers charge for delivery, other's don't depending on the products they sell, their menu and the average order value.
What is the average order value?
It's up to you what minimum order value you set, but most customers have a minimum order value of between $40-$50. The average is order value is around $45-$50.
What is the average profit margin on the available products?
If you follow the suppliers' pricing recommendations, then this averages 45%. Since there's little or no prep and cooking and no extra staff required, the profit margins are very good.
What is Done4U Marketing?
Done4U marketing is exactly what it sounds like. It's where we do the marketing for you. It includes brand development, graphic design, web design, website management, digital marketing, SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing, reputation management, review management, email marketing, product promotions, loyalty campaigns, PR and more. We appoint a marketing specialist that works with you to create online and offline campaigns that help bring new customers and increase order value and frequency from your existing ones to drive your business growth. We incorporate marketing automation so that single employee can compete with a 50-person marketing & sales department using our platform to automatically identify & nurture prospects and deliver personalised emails that are automatically triggered based on “their” behaviour. This is the same kind of marketing technology the big franchises and food chains use to attract new customers, drive loyalty and grow order value. Now every food entrepreneur can compete at this level without breaking the bank.
Why don't we have to hold any stock?
There's no need to hold stock, but you can if you want to immediately satisfy walk-ins and pick-up orders or if you want to add any of the products to your menu. The majority of customers order for home delivery. They're required to order by 12pm the day before they would like delivery. The orders are delivered to you the following morning for local delivery or for the customer to pick up. When a customer places an order, a copy is automatically sent to the supplier so you don't even have to worry about it.
Will this work in any food business?
We haven't been able to identify any reason why it wouldn't. From takeaways, to fine dining and coffee shops our app can help you reach new customers and add value for your existing ones, without breaking the bank!
Is this a franchise?
No, not at all. You are not locked into onerous agreements for long periods, pay franchise fees, nor are you required to hold stock, trade under any particular name or pay for anything other than the standard app charges. Our contracts are month to month and you are free to cancel at any time. Our pricing is transparent and the app easy to use.
What is Your Guarantee?
We guarantee that our app and Done4U Marketing will generate at least 5 figures ($10,000 AUD) a month in sales within 90 days or we'll work for free until it does. There are some conditions such as the obvious ones of our branded app customers actually providing the orders to their customers, but there's no hidden conditions or get out clauses that aren't clear, transparent and perfectly reasonable.
